I came home from work yesterday and my overhead garage door was open along with the door that goes from my garage to inside my house. I looked around my garage and for the most part everything was there ie my jet ski, bike, and all my other toys. I walk into the house and my front door was unlocked so I just walked thru the house to check and make sure there isn't anyone in my house. After checking the house and not finding anyone or anything strange I started checking to make sure nothing was missing. The first thing I went for was a $20,000.00 18k solid gold presidential Rolex that was passed down from my grandfather. After finding it still on my bathroom sink I was extremely happy, so I started checking on other things. My ipod, DVD's and home audio systems all that kind of stuff. Everything was there. Then I figured I would check my money. I'm the type of person who just doesn't feel comfortable if I don't have money on me or have access to it so I usually keep about 1,200-1,500 in my room. Yes, I know I should keep it in the bank with the rest of my money but I'm just like that. So I check on the money and 1,200.00 was gone. I know for a fact that It was there when I left the house for work that morning. Nothing else was missing. No buds, xanaxs, pain pills, jewelry or anything for that matter. I was trying to figure out if I should call the cops or not. I called my dad and he came right over. We checked my whole house and there way no sign of a force entry. My garage door has a key pad in which you can access my house. The dumbest thing I have ever done was make my garage code and my alarm code the same. A very select few friends have the code and my ex girl. I just can't believe that somebody would do something like this and consider themselves a "friend" of mine. I know that it was somebody really close to me because they would have taken the Rolex but they knew the sentimental value to me and my family. I can replace the watch with another one just like it but this was my grandfathers who died of cancer 4 ears ago. What kind of a fucking friend would do something like this?

That sucks man. I find it amazing that these types of things happen. It just goes to show that when it really comes down to it you can only trust one person in this world.Comment

the thing is nobody knew I had that money there! I mean NOBODY! I never let anyone in my room when I'm doing stuff or counting money. As far s friends with drug problems, we all like to party just everyone else but imo nobody has a problem. We all for the most part have really good jobs, pretty nice houses, cars and shit like that and we all party on the weekends but when its time to get your priorities in a row, everyone I hang out with has their heads on straight. I would have never thought that anyone of them would do something like that. And the thing that sucks the most is that I'm leaving Friday to go stay on Clearwater beach until Monday with an unattended house. Needless to say I will have the goodies with me there though.
