Don't think anyone's too bothered about the result last night - there weren't even caps handed out as it was only the B team. Much more important is that a few players got a run out. Lennon looked excellent, and Owen and Ashley Cole got a decent run. Was a bit disappointed by Carrick though.

Too bad for england , the only time I thought they have a really good team to compete effectively , Rooney is 90% Out .

well its not disasterous news. England should make the last 16 comfortably enough. one good thing that came out of last night was lennon was class and walcott looked very sharp
