And out of curiousity, do they stop serving alchohol at a specific time or it's all the time? Depending on which it is really interests me because of your phrasing choice of "everyone there found an alternative to alcohol" and what made you put it that way....
i don't remember aria well, but stereo does not serve booze at any point through out the night. it doesn't take a DEA agent to realize most of the people inside arn't drunk. but thats just the kind of scene and culture that's there. theres always been a lot of other stuff in montreal, even before the afterhours scene was huge. i love stereo and can't wait to hear that sound system again.
