This is no joke and I sadly have no English link for this but it was on our News yesterday....very disturbing.

Obviously, some pedophile in the Netherlands want to form a new party. They want Sex to be legal for 12 year old kids already and in long terms, they plan to get rid of any age restrictions for sexual practices. At the moment your sexual partner has to be 16 years to have Sex without going to Jail for it in the Netherlands.

They also want that owning Child pornography becomes legal and they will fight for the right to watch Hardcore porn also over the Day on TV and they want Sex with Animals legalized.



Their party will be called "party for Charity, Freedom and manifoldness" How weird is that? Yao, can you maybe give us some insights on this... I only saw the news in a German news magazine here: http://www.welt.de/data/2006/05/31/896873.html

Apart from legal sex from the age of 12 they want to get rid of the parliament and the senate, legalisation of soft and hard drugs and legalisation of exhibitionism...

According to a survey 20% of the Dutch think it's ok that this party exists...

I just read the article on the website of the 'Brabants Dagblad'. It's not entirely correct what u say. They don't want to get rid of the parliament, but the Cabinet and the Senate. That means they still allow a democratic institution to speak for its citizens rather then to leave the country in chaos.

The legalisation of hard drugs and the Senate are issues that are much longer for discussion in Holland. So these points in their programm wouldn't make them automatically radical or anything. Some other parties want to reform them as well. However they have probably picked them out as points on the programm to get a bit more sympathy. It's a vote-drawer and distracts from their real points.

Yes the discussion is about indeed the sickening point to allow child-porn and make it legal to screw 12 year olds. I would automatically declare them as major assholes with no respect for children or whatsoever. If u make this legal i think the damage can't be overseen. Especially in a country like Holland where parents of a child probably have very little rights to do anything against such blokes to prevent them for screwing around with kids.

It's not that like 13/14-years according to me should not have sex. In certain parts in Africa its quite common girls and boys are having sex at that age already. But there they have that unwritten rule that they should do it with somebody in their own agegroup. Of course thats not always the case but if people find that out it could lead to the death of the mature person. And such things cannot be achieved in a too-soft Holland.

So guys i give you al the right to scream and shout at holland if such a party is allowed to join the elections. There's no moral sacred anymore these days it seems

Show me one country in this World (inlcuding my own) without some fucked up people and radical views...

What I had in mind posting this was that I was worried because already now, Child porn and Animal movies (no not Free Willy) are watched and there is a market for it. If this party is succesful and they legalize child porn...I wonder what the black market will be like then. If you can watch today 10 year old kids getting fucked from fat old twats illegaly and this becomes legal, kids will be killed or tortured in future porn movies to catch the interest of more sickos. Whenever a limit is broken or broadended, new abysses show up.

Pedophiles in the Netherlands are registering a political party to press for lowering the legal age of sexual relations from 16 to 12 and allow child porn and bestiality.

On its website, the Charity, Freedom and Diversity Party declares: "We are going to shake The Hague awake!"

The party, which plans to register tomorrow, says it eventually wants to get rid of the age limit on sexual relations, Reuters reported.


Ad van den Berg, a party founder, told the Algemeen Dagblad newspaper a "ban just makes children curious."

"We want to make pedophilia the subject of discussion," he said.

"We want to get into parliament so we have a voice. Other politicians only talk about us in a negative sense, as if we were criminals," Van den Berg told Reuters.

Although the Netherlands already has liberal policies permitting prostitution and same-sex marriage, opinion polls show the public isn't ready for a pedophile party.

In a survey published today, 67 percent believe promoting pedophilia should be illegal, and 82 percent want the government to do something to stop the party's formation.

"They make out as if they want more rights for children. But their position that children should be allowed sexual contact from age 12 is of course just in their own interest," anti-pedophile activist Ireen van Engelen said, according to Reuters.

In California two years ago, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a bill dubbed by critics as "The Pedophile Protection Act."

Authored by state Sen. Sheila Kuehl, the new law drastically reduced requirements for mandatory reporting of the known or suspected sexual, physical and emotional abuse of children.

Opponents said it created a loophole for abortion providers, such as Planned Parenthood, to be exempted from reporting statutory rape, molestation and sexual abuse and gives molesters greater opportunity to be involved with the caregiving of children.

In addition, the new law changed the Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act's definition of "sexual assault" to exclude consensual oral copulation, sodomy and sexual penetration between two minors who are both 14 years or older.

Sickening shit IMO, and I mosty agree with Xessex - all the proposed changes are solely in the interest of those sick fucks that wish to create a legal opportunity to stick their dicks in kids under 16.

Checking their website now, and their use of the word 'diversity' is a rape of it's meaning. This means anything out of the social middle should be acceptable, even characteristics that are extremely dangerous to groups or individuals in our society: until now we've had law to protect us from those extremes, but now they're actually convening to stretch that law and in that sense expose the public to their presence.

Typical:

We recently acquired a show on Mercurysessions with the name 'Sapere Aude', (-Horatio) which means 'think for yourself', but I just saw it is the motto of that political party as well. To avoid any connection I'd like the show hosts to consider changing the show title, unless people here really don't have a problem with it. But the banner colour and the name remind me of those bastards a little too much to be honest...



A few points concerning their sexuality agenda:

9.2 Jongeren mogen vanaf twaalf jaar seksuele contacten aangaan.

De NVD wil op den duur deze leeftijdsgrens helemaal afschaffen. De reden hiervoor is dat alleen misbruik, zoals afgedwongen contacten, moet worden bestraft. Bij afhankelijkheidsrelaties, bijvoorbeeld tussen docent en leerling en bij incest, zal voorlopig een leeftijdsgrens van zestien jaar gaan gelden.

Dangerous: sexual contact is legal from the age of 12, but only if it is consensual. Dependency or forced sexual relations are still forbidden. The problem here is not the age, but that most paedophiles claim that a sexual relationship was consensual! That is always their prime argument, and if this kind of legislation takes effect it will greatly hamper any legal charges made against a child assailant ? the law is not protecting the child by default anymore, now it?s up to the plaintiff to prove it wasn?t consensual as it is for the accused to prove that it was. In the long run, the political party wants to get rid of this age limit completely?.now how the hell is a 3-yr old kid supposed to consciously engage in any sexual activity huh? Combine this wit article 9.5 and 9.8 and you?ve got the recipe for uncontrolled child abuse.

9.5 Vanaf zestien jaar mag men in een pornoproductie verschijnen.
De NVD wil op den duur dat jongeren vanaf het moment dat zij seksuele contacten mogen aangaan, ook in een pornoproductie mogen verschijnen als zij dit graag willen.

From the age of 16 one can appear in a porn-production. But what rest of the article says is: people should be allowed to appear in porn productions as soon they are legally permitted to engage in sexual activity!! Think of this when realizing they want to lower that limit to 12 yrs and want to scrap it completely in the long run?.

9.7 Iedereen mag buiten naakt rondlopen.
Er zijn geen gegronde redenen om dit niet toe te staan. Wegens de hygi?ne moeten naaktlopers wel een handdoek gebruiken als zij gaan zitten op openbare zitplaatsen in bijvoorbeeld parken of op stations.

Nope. Some people are just too damn ugly for that, not to mention that this will simply legalize exhibitionism from people that enjoy showing their genitals to unsuspecting bystanders. 9.8 Priv?-bezit van kinderpornografie wordt toegestaan.
Tot 1998 was dit in Nederland het geval. De meeste politici wilden geen heksenjacht ontketenen. Hiervan is nu duidelijk wel sprake en dit levert niets op. Een verbod op bezit van kinderporno is censuur. Tevens ontstaan er allerlei illegale, oncontroleerbare circuits door. Geld verdienen door (ruil)handel blijft voorlopig wel strafbaar. Zie ook punt 9.5.

Sexual contact with animals will remain legal. Abuse will remain illegal. Sure. Go get assraped by a horse, I hope it rips up your intestines real bad. Have fun shitting blood.



Points 9.2, 9.5 and 9.8 together form a framework that will, if implemented, lead to legalization of child porn. These motherf__kers should be in jail IMO, nothing less. Especially the sick minds that have spent hours or days formulating this sickening programme.
