some places consider "full-time" now around the 32-35 hour mark...but you could still work up to 40 and not get the OT...it's just an excuse to cap you so there's like absolutely no way you'll get OT.

Many jobs don't qualify for OT anymore after another lovely Bush bill passing sometime sback that basically flipped the OT rule for jobs...many that had it lost it and many others that didn't have it got it. Fucked up.

Find ways to make money on the side without havig a "job" imo (since job IS just over broke)

          same here.

otherwise OT is only over 40 hrs a week.

Sundays in mass are time and a half regardless of where you work/what you do though.

Depending on what company you work for, I know plenty of people that get paid time and a half if they have to work a Saturday and Sundays are automatically double pay. Some people even get triple pay if they ever have to work on a holiday, plus, they get the holiday pay as well.

Sundays in MA only apply if you work full-time..any other part-time/crappy job no chance.

Bottom line: get the full-time gig that gets you all that added bonus, then work those days
