personally i think orbital - in sides is one of the best albums i,ve ever heard, i was always into the orbital sound but this was just amazing when it was released, man if you havnt heard it then i highly recomend it for just chillin on a nice hot summers day

it's def one of the classic edm albums of all time.

I remember hearing this at the end of the Mortal Kombat movie which came out just before or right around the time Hackers came out. This is one of Orbitals best tracks, although they do have some other great ones (Adnan's = ).

sheeeet, i remember being so drunk one time that i was dancing my ass off when the dj played the Mortal Kombat theme. to this day, my friends have never let me live that one down.

I wish I could see the Hartnoll boys just one more time.

he also said that the crowd went nuts when phil put on the signature orbital flashlight glasses. hehe.

I was told that the vocals used in Halcyon were samples from "It's a fine day" in reverse? Or something like that anyway. Anyone know?

There are many verions of that around the net. That was a staple in their set for many, many years.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh fuck me, dude. I saw he was gonna be there but flew in that afternoon and was dead tired. Decided to play with the kiddies instead. Oh well, maybe some vid/sounds will surface. Tell your brother he's an asshole.

Yes, from Opus III - It's A Fine Day - another great track from the past....

Halcyon On & On is my favorite Orbital track. And I loved the usage of it in the beginning of the movie Hackers as well.

I never understood why so many people though that TMON was a let down. I thought the flow of that album was insane. And then to hear it on vinyl in its entirety... OH MAN.
