    EVE Online anyone?

I am new here so I better begin "spamming posts". No but seriously, do any of you enjoy the MMORPG EVE Online as much as I do? Even though some aspects of the game require discipline, thus not allowing for background music in the form of dj sets to be played, I think playing EVE whilst listening to your fav. set is very nice

If you do play, you can find me down in CHIMP space, flying along side my crew of Cereal Killerz.

And for those who have no clue what I am talking bout, just give me an e-mail address and I'll send you a trial account. And while you download the client (500 MB), make sure you go to www.eve-files.com and download some movies. Simply search for "avi" or "mpeg". I like the amateur clips better than the official ones, cause the latter lack the ultra smoothness that trick people into joining the game, only to discover that most parts of the game aint that cool that the movie said it would be.

dude, i tried this game, but there is zero combat action. the concept is cool, but the execution stunk. they should have taken a peek at SWG-lighspeed on how to implement the combat. the whole idea of just pointing and watching threw me off. i would rather have the SWG style of piloting the ship.

PS im a comp games junkie.

True, the combat is fast and intense but I miss the feeling I get from a game like Counter-Strike, where every move and every battle require my full attention. In EVE you need to be sharp when the fighting goes down, but not in the same sense as in a FPS.

yep. I've been playing this game since BETA. I played with a few friends but they all quit after the release. I stayed and played for a month and left. I came back 7 months later and got hooked. The game has developed on each Quarter. I have 2 accounts. 1 with 30 million in skillpoints and the other an perfect alt with 28 mil.
An amazing game with so much involved and so much to do and specialize in. My friend recently got hooked as I let him borrow my alt. The game is intensive. It has a big learning curve so it weeds out the dumb kids (not entirely)
        great game!
