Very nice... good production skills. Definitely something I'd play on my show here and elsewhere. As far as genre goes I'd say progressive breaks imo. Along the lines of Retroid, Digital Witchcraft etc........

^^ Toes In The Sand Recordings, Glo-Tech Africa, Segment Records, Existence Records, CPR Digital. Feralcode, Institution Breaks and of course Proton Records to name a few.... That should keep you busy for awhile .

ez geoff, im anonins mate who wrote this track. I live in London and produce a variety of styles of music, currentley have a couple of atmospheric dnb tracks signed to the label Strictly Digital. Im not really into dnb anymore though and over past 3 or so years have been getting more into prog and tech house, artists such as Trentemoller, James Holden, Oliver Hacke etc etc blah blah figured i should sign up to a forum with like minded people

oh yeh, you mentioned that you thought of the track as a progressive breaks track...the thing is its at dnb tempo or 90bpm [depending on how you listen to it] so i wasnt sure what labels to aim it at. do any of the labels mentioned put out stuff at slower or faster bpms than that of most house and breaks ?

i really know very little about dance labels outside of the dnb scene.

What I meant to say was welcome and that you should post another thread saying hello to everyone... again, apologies for the way that was worded..... anyway, I'm not sure if you're familiar with a producer by the name of John Kelley but this track reminds me alot of his work. He's signed to Ball of Waxx records and this is a track along the same lines, which in all honesty is why I like it so much. (I've pm'd you a link for a JK track for you to listen). I also have contacts to some labels and promo pools so if you need some help I'll do what I can stateside.... Cheers.

Nice. I think Digital Witchcraft is the closest-sounding artiste. Kinda reminds me of the sound from Nick Warren's Redjavik GU.
