From Hero to Zero - I've loved Le Tour since I was a kid, but these idiots are seriously tarnishing an already damaged sport.

guilty until proven innocent, huh? what a great philosophy....

the same thing happened to lance... i expect it to happen to more in the future. though it looks grim, give the guy the benefit of the doubt until all the results are in.

^^ this has nothing to do with roids.... and it wasn't a "positive" test, it was an "abnormal testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio".

Floyds testosterone levels were that of a normal person but for some reason his epitestosterone were way below normal. You don't dope with epitestosterone. UCI allows for a 4 to 1 ratio with testosterone being the bigger number fo the two. His ratio was 11 to 1!! I hope the B sample comes back non-negative, but for some reason it doesn't, I won't be surprise either. After thinking that Tyler Hamilton couldn't be found guilty of dope and was, I won't be surprise again. According to the Tour de France there was only on positive and that was Floyd. These cyclist are smart and know what they can get away with, but this one doesn't make sense to me.
To err is human... To correct it before anyone notices is genius.

...and that's the thing, it makes absolutely no sense to me either. Of course neither does going out the night before and drinking Jack Daniels before the last major mountain stage.
