    Let's Not Start Sucking Each Other's Wicks Quite Yet

    Bush called a press conference today to brag about a reduction in the anticipated budget deficit this year.

    Of course, even with this reduction, the current budget deficit represents the 4th highest in history. The three that topped this year? All under Bush, 2003-2005.
