So is your HD physically destroyed? Did you try any recovery software? It happenend to me once and I was able to recover a lot with software.
My Hard Drive is not even recognized in the BIOS so software is not even an option.

Yea, me too. Software at Circuit City Electronics Store used some software and recovered every bit of mine after a crash. It has happened to me 3 times. The first time I almost lost 100 gigs, but they helped me with the recovery software. The other 2 times, I had backed it up luckily. I recently did my back up again, and had not done it ... so I could have lost another 100 gigs.
Try that out if you havent trashed the drive yet. Just take the drive in somewhere, don't even need the computer. Its easy.
If I can get my system to upload, I'll help. But I have something in my router stopping me from sending uploads to the file sites. I don't know why.
