eh bein non, je ne suis pas français et francophone non plus. J'suis flamand (donc néerlandophone), mais bilingue vue que j'ai fait mes études en Wallonie (la partie francophone de la Belgique).

En ce qui concerne la langue officièle: on a trois ici: le néerlandais, le français et l'allemand.
