Can't wait - I've been so looking forward to this all year.
You [ms] Yankees have had it so good and for so long this year (with your Avalons & Crobars & WMC's etc) - UK appearances have been simply shocking and the poorest ever, so I'm hopping on a plane to the white isle.
A taster of Danny Tenaglia back-to-back at Space with Carl Coxy on Tuesday. Coxy does an early warm up with some awesome house on the only surviving old-style terrace around 10.00 pm - last year they gave out free wristbands to get you in early, which leaves me more ?uros for booze & other delights.
The next day I'll be chilling on Salinas beach at the "Jockey Club" which serves excellent food (just to keep my strengh up) and plays chilled balaeric beats.
Thursday is the main event - Renaissanc @ Pacha (the worlds loveliest and probably most expensive club) with Marcus James, Hernan Cattaneo & Sasha. It should be awesome, Hernan & Sasha always bring their best game to Pacha (Sasha plays a bit lighter which fits in with the summer vibe), Marcus is a very under-rated warm up DJ.
Friday will be recovery, followed by the Essential Mix live @ Mambo (hopefully with a decent guest appearance).
If it goes well and I don't blow my budget I'll be back for Diggers/Cox @ Space in August and Sasha's birthday do @ "We love" - Space in September (incl. Zabiela, Tengalia and Spooky .aka Charlie May & Duncan Forbes !).
