Moved out to Breckenridge, CO this past winter and on April 1 out here we call it not only april fools day but Gaper Day. Gapers are the tourists who come to town and gape and gawk at the snow and the "quaintness" of the area and ask those who work in town stupid questions and tear up our rental ski equipment. On April 1st the entire town dresses up like tourists (mostly the ones who still wear their ski gear from the 70's and 80's) and run around on the slopes and act like idiots.

that video brings back a lot of great memories for me. i used to ride everyday with a bunch of guys like that at stowe, vt and we'd always do that kind of stuff. living in a ski town with a group of friends is the best experience of my life and thinking about it is making me consider moving out to Tahoe this fall with my friends. you only live once right.

that's hilarious, we love our sports teams out here. what are their names and what towns do they live in. you'd be suprised how many people know each other out here. wouldnt doubt if i've met them.
