Wow Chem.. I respect your opinion! It is shockking because I always remember how much you liked the "man like".

Here's what Andy had to say about his London gig:

"sasha was amazing on thu night :-) proper deep techy prog stuff, really cool & he played all night on his own."

The thing is, Simon was Sasha's biggest supporter. That's what is shocking, that's all.

yes indeed, i look at it like this if your that big of a fan you will support the changes and follow that person through time.

unless they go and do something like start selling tee shirts

                  1) MercuryServer sells tshirts.
                  2) MercuryServer sells stickers.
                  3) MercuryServer plays a wide variety of music that not everyone will think is a winner every time.

He's probably doing the shirts and stickers because people are begging him for it. People begged us for shirts. The same goes to the sets. People are probably begging him for new exclusive sets, yet if he gives the same mix to every station he gets badmouthed for not making 50 promos a month. As long as people provide the demand, he's going to supply it. He's just doing it for the fans that want to support him, as are we. He'll stop selling shit once people quit buying it... until then just let the guy do his thing, chem. He isn't bashing us for trying to keep afloat, why should we bash him for doing the same.

I haven't heard the CD in question, but in general have loved everything I've heard from him this year and the reviews of his recent live sets (with the exception of those wankers in Lisbon was it?) have been the most positive in a while.

Since when do you guys Chem's ravings seriously? There is a thin line between zealot and hater.

I wouldn't say i'm offended, but i wonder why a DJ is trying to sell rock concert style t-shirts with "tour dates" and a map on the rear.
