Hey ho kiddies.
It's that time of month again, but hopefully this will be a bit better than abdominal cramps!
Trent Anthony - live at Sweetchilli, July 16 2004
ANTHONY PAPPA - live at Sweetchilli, July 16 2004
Some quotes about the night:
damn Pappa was realyl impressive!!
very cool set.
Got an SMS from a mate at about 5am: "Total and utter bullshit. He will most likely be the best dj you have ever seen"
Anthony Pappa absolutely tore the place apart. What can I say????? track selection and mixing were woooooooot, skills and scratching and whatever the hell else Pappa was doing really rates up there with one of the finest prog sets I have ever heard.
Well it was all the hype and more than I expected, from walking in to the fine tunes of Trent Anthony who bought the tempo up perfectly to welcome Mr Pappa.
Trent Anthony then followed up with a great set, and then Pappa just totally blew me away.
My expectations of Pappa were blown away when he hit the decks
pappa was impressive, hadnt really heard any of his sets before but i was pleasantly surprised by his display!
Pappa did a great job and the last hour really rocked my world.
Pappa kept the flow sensationally & what a journey it was!!
awesome night.
rate it up there as one of the best progressive house sets I've heard. Incredibly smooth mixing and not a ploddy track in sight.
