In Outlook 2003 I can send and receive email, but it will not allow me to add an appointment in the Calendar. I try to add an appointment by clicking on the date in the calendar in the left pane. Then in the right pane I right-click and select "New Appointment". Nothing happens. I even tried using select File - New - Appointment from the menu at the top of the window. Nothing happens.
