New Podcast EG005 featuring Tom Budden

This new episode features Dj Tom Budden.

Tom was first introduced to the realms of electronic music when hearing mixtapes from raves in the early 90's. It wasn't until hearing dj's such as Sasha spin classic sets at The Manor club near Bournemouth that he was hooked. He later went on to do some promotional work for the club which led him to his first gig back in '99.

During the past 6 years Tom has honed his djing skills and achieved what few dj's have managed to achieve in this time, by creating his own sound of deep & dubby tech-house together with breaks and techno!

Endorsements aplenty have come from all directions, most notably from dj wonderkid James Zabiela, who has mentioned Tom as 'best undiscovered dj' - DJ Magazine.

Alongside gigs at Full Moon parties in Thailand, Wire (Bedrock pre-party) and his own night 'FuturePhunk' in Salisbury, Tom has most recently played at Turnmills (London), New Years Eve on the 'now infamous' High Tide Boat Party, and alongside James Zabiela himself at his "Sound in Motion" cd launch party and their co-promoted night 'ALiVE' at Mono in Southampton. Recent guests to the ALiVE night have included Hernan Cattaneo among others.

We are very excited with all the subscriptions we have been receiving. If you have any comments or suggestions on the format or DJ's you would like featured please let us know.

Thank you for all you support
