That's from Rejected. Saw that at Spike & Mike's Festival of Animation many years ago. I forget the artist's name but I still have the flyer for it somewhere.

I remember when it debuted on the circuit. I was with my wife, friend and his girlfriend and I was literally wetting myself in the theatre. I fucking fell on the ground, continuously laughing. I couldn't stop. It was like I was having a freakin' laugh attack. A seizure, if you will. Seeing that on the big screen was awesome.
