fucken the goverment should have dealt with their problems along time ago. what happens if u were walking your dog and it does not have rabbies or anything and just grabbed it and beat the shit outta it. i would grab a stick and beat the FUCK and i mean FUCK outta the guy or guys that were doing it. I would not care if i seriously injured them and ended up in jail. I am soooooooo angry u cannot believe. People are such fucken idots
