Brilliant first cd's on comps....

There seem to be a few comps were CD1 is so much better than Cd2, to the extent that I rarely if ever listen to cd2.

e.g.

Jimmy Van M Bedrock - disc 2 has a few poor tracks in there

Danny Tenaglia Athens - same as above

Holden Balance - cd2 is shocking IMO

Often it's the presence of a few dud tunes on one disc that puts me off listening to the whole disc at all. Any other cd's people rate the same?

agreed. I always preferred disc 2 from Hernan's Renaissance CD's as well.

I loved both discs but then I walk with my hands.

And for the complete opposite, Disc 2 of Sasha's GU: Ibiza discs shits all over disc 1. Now disc 1 is great but disc 2 just fucking pummels disc 1 right up the wazoo.
