My money is on Liverpool, they have improved in each of the past two seasons, come on Rafa!!!
tough to vote against chelsea.... but i'm going to go out on limb and say second to portsmouth.
ok, i'm joking. in all seriousness though i honestly think spurs. i know, tottenham is probably not logical as i know most will pick either liverpool, man u or arsenal but just a gut feeling...

i woldnt bank on Chelsea winning much just yet, especially off the back of an early slip up against 'Boro.
You'd be silly to not think Man U or Liverpool can win the Prem.. I say Chelsea second TBH
