    Question about my XONE 62

See if you guys have any idea. Sometimes when I'm spinning, and I have the source thats on the right side of the fader playing, the audio on the right speaker will cut out. Now i"ve already determined that it's not the out put channels by switching the cables to speakers etc. I've already invested in anew crossfader ,and although it started working fine again once i installed it, soon after the problem arised but only intermittently. It seems to happen when a lot is going on at the same time but I'm still clueless. If I totally crank the master up and the sources' volume up, it tends to kick back in. any ideas?

I had a warranty but i'm pretty sure thats up by now. Unless it's an unlimited warranty but i'm not sure. I'll check on that. I did send an E-mail one time to allen and heath about, but recieved no reply. I guess I'll call them.

It's not the fact that I'm using it like a normal mixer. It's stays in the middle but , that one side still cuts out on it regardless. like I said before It's not a constant problem but it tends to show up at the worst times.

that's odd that it replacing the crossfader fixed things for a while... that would lead me to believe that it's not the crossfader. It sounds like some internal problem that you may have bumped back in to place at some point when you replacedt he fader???

                    I'm not sure...

I would try to get it serviced, someone out there has to fix these things, and it will be much cheaper than getting new one..

Yeah its weird. I almost thought it might have been an output amplifier in the mixer going bad but I'm not sure. then I thought it might have something to do with the filter itself but I still need to find out about my warranty before i open it myself .
