Well, I sure won´t ignore it since this is exactly the kind of stuff I´m into and that I play in my mixes, and that tracklist looks sweet.

I´ll give you my feed-back asap.

Cool...hope you find something you like in it. I've really been bitten by the minimal / deep techno bug since WMC. I've got a ton of quality (in my opinion) tracks I plan to feature on more mixes very soon.

I reaaalllly enjoyed the set man. The first half is good, but the last half is great. esp. the tracks going on at the 44 minute mark and at the 53 minute mark. Is that 44min track the booka shade track? Sounds very much like their style

Re: Careful, my minimal will eat your techno!

Yeah guys, this one is definitely worth a listen, if you´re into the minimal bleepin´ funk

Nice mixing, good phrasing (though I´d say you come from a prog-house background right?), excellent track selection.

I really admire people that can keep this type of flow throughout a one-hour set. It takes a lot of restraint and I personally can´t keep that type of restraint...I like to start my sets with this type of sound but after 30 minutes tops I just gradually have to switch.

I trully commend you on that restraint, because to me that shows a great way to approach your work.

The one at 44 is the Rekleiner track and at 53 it's Adultnapper. Adultnapper...keep an eye out for that guy if you love minimal, he's one of my favs. I mixed it in a little bit too quietly and I didn't edit anything on this mix...but on a loud system, that track is really mindblowing. The Booka Shade remix is back around the 35 min mark.

Kinetic, good ear - I was actually spinning prog house for a long time. Just curious, what in the mixing tipped you off? I still love progressive and other styles, and I'll probably circle back to it at some point...but that minimal/tech stuff has just really been doing it for me for the past half year. I get high speed internet back in a week and will take a listen to yours then...

Again, thanks everyone for taking a listen and posting. There's at least a few more mixes like this that I need to get out of my system...so there will probably be more posts in the future..

It?s not that hard actually...what gives it away is that you generally go for longer, smoother mixes. DJ?s who?ve always played minimal or come from a techno background usually do shorter mixes or simply cut off one track into the other. It also seems to me like you try to keep an eye out for melodies (even as sparse as they are in this genre) and combine them...that?s a giveaway too

I mean all this in the positive sense though...I?m just the same as you, though I can?t play a one hour minimal set like you. And like I said before, I reallly like that, because to me it seems so hard to keep a minimal mix interesting, yet you mostly achieve it.

                          I?m definitely keeping this one.
