GOOSE only played for NY for a few years. and he was better in pittsburgh and chi town. i say he was better for the only reason of he dominated just as good, and went longer than any of them. 24 years closing 2 innings, and staying dominant through the juiced ball era says something.

looks like goose spent 6 years in pinstripes, and only one year in pit, but remeber he was a 2 inning reliever for the simple fact that he was not good enought to be a starter, like most relievers, eck became a closer because laRusa forced him becasue the a's rotation was so stacked.
