1/3 of the population don?t even speak spanish (official language), and statistically, 70% of the population is poor, so I think it?s pretty damn hard man.
yeah a huge part of the population of peru speaks quechua, an old indian language.
i talked to my girl yesterday, everything is fine down there. the flights were all in time, the weather is great (there is winter now), the house where she lives is ok and the people are sooo kind there.
she is working in a social project for two months in a cr?che where she takes care of children at the age of 1 to 4 years. at her first day she steps in the room where all the kids are and as they see her the start running up to her and cling to her legs and scream and laugh and cover her with kisses, must have been the sweetest look ever. she has great fun playing with the kids and make the dinner and tuck them in the bed for their afternoon nap. i'm happy that it's all good.
haha, i dunno, but i will tell her to keep the eyes open.
btw as we were testing her pepperspry the day before she left i accidently got something in my mouth and nose, damn that shit is the worst! must be a tough one to receive a full hit with that stuff
it wasn't like she sprayed it at me, we did it outside and it was bit windy (no i didn't try it against the wind) and a little bit of it was carried back. you couldn't even see it but lord is that stuff effective.
