In the footsteps of Bin Laden

Did anyone catch this 2 hour special on CNN last night. Utter crap imo.

They had access to all his "normal" friends prior to his terrorist days and so they nicely detailed his earlier life but after his war against the Russians in Afghanistan, it seemed as though the producers were desperately filling in whatever information they could by picking up the few news reporters who interviewed him at the time and made a mess of the documentary in terms of flow of events, Bin Ladens' plans, completely IGNORED his intelligence and if / where he got his training from, how he's worked to keep up terror cells and everything else that he is known for.

They spent an hour on his childhood and the last hour on his terroristic life. Such a miserable production and waste of time.

I won't be back until next Tuesday, so if Get Carter is the correct answer, I would appreciate of someone else posts a new cap for me

Ye well, maybe CNN should let the White House produce their next documentary. The people there are masters when it comes to turning fiction into fact.

Yeah and then to give it somewhat an authentic look...they should reconstruct the events on certain places....
Think of some fellow with a beard, turban and military clothes shoot some rounds at some slavic guys dressed up as russian soldiers somewhere in the mohave desert. Or perhaps finding two other buildings in the US, lets say Los Angeles (Two California Plaza), where they can fly into with two airplanes.

I started watching it last night, but I fell asleep before the second hour started. I actually thought the first half was pretty interesting, but it sounds like it takes a downward turn. I'll prolly still watch the rest of it if I have time, though...
