that list is suspect as hell, 1st of all its mostly midwestern cities, i have a feeling milwaukee was listed 1st because of the anheiser-busch brewery there, 2nd of all, how is cleveland, columbus, or pittsburgh a "drunker city" than say, los angeles, san francisco, miami, or las vegas?
