I prefer to go by region, it seems like prog is still popular in Argentina, Greece, and Turkey. Check out Gustavo Di Tomaso, V-Sag, Christian Cambas, Sedar Olcay, Yunus, Lokitas, Pole Folder and Greg Benz.

^^ Some good choices there. V-Sag is really putting on some stellar productions.

I really don't get how everyone thinks prog is dead??

Anyway, for prog in the style the original poster is asking about I'd have to say Pappa still throws it down just like he used to in his live sets.

Not much has changed for him except that his programming gets tighter and tighter each year.

Frisky in general always has great prog. Another Turkish DJ I neglected to mention is Fattish, a little more tribal house influence, but still great prog sound.

deep mariano, martin garcia, kintar & rex, guile quero, dj paul, gustavo di tomasso, facundo mohrr, fortunately many argentinian djs keep alive the dark prog sound...P
