So yesterday as i was leaving work yesterday the shop chief came up to me with a grim look on his face telling me that my assignment to Germany was cancelled but I had no idea why. Herse the best part, all of my stuff was shipped out on monday heading to Germany. So I don't have anything to my name except my clothes. So after a heavy night of drinking and freaking out I come in to work this morning only to find out that the legal department on my base was the cause for the whole thing. i went online and my record stated that i had a court marshall pending. You would think that if I had a court marshall pending , that I would know about it. At this point I could have used some valium or something. I sat on the phone for hours and waited by the phone for even more. It finally ended up that someone at the leagal office put the wrong social security number in when they were doing the paper work. I swear the person that did this better hope I don't find out who they are. I know people make mistakes but holy shit.

Yeah i think it got sorted out but I'm still waiting for the word on my assignment. And for the comment about personnel, you're damn right about wanting to blow that shit up. i swear the same people that take your order at Mcdonalds are dealing with our important personal paperwork.
