First FFL Roster Question of the Year

Struggling to make a final decision for my roster - some help from the [ms] fanstasy football pros needed here.

Hines Ward Vs. Miami - Usually a no-brainer but with a gimpy hamstring and Charlie Batch throwing the ball - it's not setting up to be a big day for the WR.

OR

Lamont Jordan Vs. SD - This guy is going to rack up the points this year, but SD has one of the best run D's in the league.

Suggestions?

I guess this is for a WR/RB spilt spot? At face value that is an easy slam dunk go with Jordan since he is the primary ball carrier for OAK, while even a healthy Ward will be sharing receptions. However, what is the scoring like in you league? Usually even average RBs earn more points than all be the very best WRs unless the league settings are changed in a big way.
