At first I thought he was cheese. But yer, lately he's released some decent tracks. Still not exactly an artist I'm lovin', but from what my previous expectations were, he's certainly doing something good.

i like the stuff he release under the name Pryda but the rest under his own name is kinda commercial cheese IMO

I think he´s one of the best producers out there..

Even the stuff you call cheese...yeah I hate it, but how many producers can be this good at underground AND commercial stuff at the same time?

There´s a lot to be said about versatility in a musician/producer. I much prefer that, to some guy who´s brilliant at doing just one thing, but never goes beyond that and eventually just milks the same cow his entire life.

No doubt he's the progressive house producer du jour so he'd be wise to take advantage of it now before he slowly fades away a la Futureshock circa 2001...

futureshock faded because they made 9 different versions of the same exact song with a bouning bassline and rock influences.

I own a few records with his tracks, and he's a solid producer...it's just that all the deep techno stuff is still doing it for me much more these days.

prydz is a seriously talented producer/dj. i know he catches a lot of flak for his commercial steez but u can't blame the guy for making a name for himself that way. i make it a point to pick up everything he churns out except Call on Me
