I agree with tickets to a show you both can enjoy, try to pick a show that is his favorite Dj. Follow that up with a blender so you can have margaritas after the show

Buy something cheap to get started. If you buy him something with a sexual touch he will think you are a slut and if you buy him a watch he will be scared and think you are a Domina with high expectations so he will probably run away.

Take it easy on the 1st time..if he likes EDM, burn a CD with your favourite tracks and a nice cover or something like this. He will know it is personal and you have something better to offer on his next Birthday in case the chemistry is right and things worked out good.

kat, it really depends on where YOU stand in the relationship. if you want to keep it cool for now, dont give anything that shows deep thought and romantic interest, keep it to sports, music etc. if you honestly want to maybe take a step forward, then give it thought, find his interests that are beyond the superficial things and make it special. he will notice. but dont ever confuse things before you should. you dont want to lose a friend or gain a stalker.

so its really up to you. status quo, or progress. what do you want in the relationship

Yes this is my biggest problem - ME - I'm so spooked by the idea of having a serious relationship that I've been single for almost 5 years now (well thats another story) so I hope I can see through my fears and get to know this guy better and then decide what I want to do!
