I have a stupid friend (need to recover email after format)

I have a stupid friend who formatted his C: drive and realized all his e-mail and adresses now are lost. He was using Outlook 2003.
Now i can recover the files and folders on the drive with 'GetDataBack For NTFS', but i don't know wich files and folders i need to recover to copy to the new outlook installation.

Can anyone help?

The .pst files in
x:\documents and settings\username\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook\

will get the emails, contacts & calander in outlook back

just make sure he does not use this disk before doing this, he might overwrite segments where the files were
