fucking japanese people- i dont understand their ethics. they are among the most advanced race on earth and yet have still not advanced to the stage of respecting socially advanced organisms, who have complex social lives and intelligence we will never understand in its fullest or could even contemplate.
have we not come all this way in evolutionary time to know that these animals are not to be killed.

I agree, but many cultures are different. Because you view their culture differently, a culture that thrives mostly on seadwelling creatures, does not necessarily make them wrong. I get pissed when forest rangers take down bears and mountain lions, but it's our culture to do that because we think we own everything.

No really, why do people give a toss about dolphins being killed? Only one reason: "Because they look so cuuuuuuute." Aw please, so it's wrong to kill off some fish, but it's ok to slaughter poultry and cattle? Fuck that shit. When I see a chicken, I see drum sticks. When I see a pig, I see bacon. When I see a cow a see a nice steak on my plate. Same thing for any other (not endangered) animal. Man is on the top of the food chain for a reason: to eat everything below us.

This crap is sooo city people like. Get out of you apartement, go to the countryside and taste the real life. And oh yeah, have some dolphin sushi for on the way, it's quite yummie I've been told.
