EVANSVILLE, Indiana (AP) -- An inmate serving a life sentence for molesting and murdering a 10-year-old girl named Katie was apparently forcibly tattooed across the forehead by a fellow prisoner with the words "KATIE'S REVENGE," authorities say.

didn't know inmates in prison were allowed to have tattoo equipment.
they dont. this is done is a seriously harsh way. think plastic knife, rubbing alchohol or peroxide, and a few pens worth of ink sticks. add in a few strong inmates and a CO who turns a blind eye. bam. you grab the guy, rub the peroxide over the area and cut into his skin, keep clearing the blood as to prevent any clotting, and dig and dig into the skin, once the skin is ripped up enough, and mind you this isnt actually cutting the guy, think if you were to bite your nails so they get all rough and scratch your arm for a few hours, thats how they do this. then , you take the ink cartriges from pens, and blow out the ink into your palm and rub it with some pressure on top of the ripped up skin. the ink then soaks into the lower two layers of skin beneath the dead skin that is on the surface. all the while, the victim is probably being held down by 3-4 people and screaming.
as sick as it is. fuck him. that guy did the two most vile things to a child. if i were in charge, i would have shot him.
