    All this is very interesting, but I believe we´re talking about some of the most defining compilations in prog house history, and at least to me, they don´t lose that quality just because they were done with pro-tools, do they?

    I agree, maybe something should be stated in each CD´s liner notes, but nowadays I almost expect it to be the rule for a mix CD to have some ammount of studio work done on it. And I´m not against that, if it serves to enhance the quality and "personality" of a compilation.

    And in the end, the message is always more important than the medium.
