    Diggers Hong Kong, disc1

    8. Baguio Track - Luzon 9. Music Saved My Life - Cevin Fisher (Heller remix)

I have listened to this mix about 172 times I think. Just stunning.
These pretzels are making me thirsty!

Some great shouts here for sure..

How about the first 4-5 tunes of Fundacion. Not my fav cd by a long way but the first few tunes blend perfectly..

          Heres one:
Sasha and John Digweed Expeditions : Full of great mixes, but what makes CD1 (CD 2 is by far the better disc) is the mix between 'Belfunk' and 'I Know You Love Me Too'... amazing just comes in perfectly and lasts for a while.....

CD 2 is one perfect mix- more then the sum of its parts..... Diggers must have been in full control on CD 2......

I think my all time is from Northern Exposure East Coast:

              Lost Tribe - Angel
              to
Gus Gus - Purple -(Sasha's remix) Once the synth line starts, so do the goosebumps. Everytime.

                pretty damn tight

The thing is there are some really random examples of good mixes as well!

I have a very old Ministry of Sound Album from about 1997 - Dance Nation 3 by Pete Tong & Judge Jules (don't laugh, it's a great comp!). On Tong's disc he mixes 'Byron Stingly-Get Up' into 'Submerge-Take Me By The Hand.' It's an absolutely brilliant transition.

cwsiggy mentioned Diggers Bedrock CD 1.... my favorite cd... the whole thing is mixing perfection. Track for track the smoothest cd ever.

the whole involver is an orgasmic transition of sounds petter and unkle track transition is unique

also the transition between Jah and behind the wheel on fundacion is incredible.

here's one a little more off the beaten path...

Josh Wink - Profound Sounds Vol. 3
                          Disc 1
                          Quinn & Benny Rodgrigues - 7up
                          to
                          Steve Bug - Summer Nights
                          to
                          D5 - Floatation Tank

those 3 tracks together represent exactly what I always wish to achieve whenever I mix.

Kazell's Kiss mix back in 2001, his mix of Fusion feat Matt Hardwick - Resistance (Steve Porter remix) [Joof], Nigel hayes - Que Pasa (accapella) [Contrast], & 16B - Escape [Hooj] is awesome. Standout mix for me.

Music is the answer, to your problems. Keep on movin', till you solve them.

something from out of left field: Fatboy Slim's On the Floor @ The Boutique mix cd.

                                first five tracks.

the whole cd is just uppity-goodness, but those first five tracks are straight up head-bobbin'.

technically speaking, i think carl cox's 3-deck mix of french kiss could be included here. didn't say they had to be seperate tracks.
you could put an Emfire release on for 2 minutes and you would be a sleep before it finishes - Chunky

it's RA. they'd blow their load all over some stupid 20 minute loop of a snare if it had a quirky flange setting. - Tiddles
