rape convictions should be the only form of legal torture, and im speaking from personal experiences with a rape victim, its far worse. death, as sad as it is to say, is an escape compared to what a rape victim deals with. months of being dosed up on meds b/c you cant sleep, surgury to repair the area, years of nightmares, the trial and shame that comes along. the idea knowing that he is still out there. not being able to go out alone on a date, fear of repeating the event....
