he didnt make his money the hard way i assume or by his "brilliant" mind so i dont care if the wife gets half.still he'll have 11 billion wich is enough to make something good in this world beside financing a soccer team and buying yachts

i think just like most of the billionares from former russian union or from any other former comunist country (i do live in a former comunist country and we have billionares that were sheep owners before and now are billionares but not from selling sheeps)
they bought fields, oil fields after the comunits broke down at extremely low prices having connections in the former comunist sistem, wich, after the regim falled down knew things that not many knew.the comunist regim was a verry opaque regim,nobody knew anything back then.we were all fighting the capitalists wich were the bad guys. they didnt called it "the comunist wall"for nothing
after the comunist wall felt down, a couple of years after every country was in chaos and some people took advantage, factories, fields, everything lost its value when the regim went down,most of the people were anxious to get oranges, colour tvs to their familys while other were buliding fortunes from the former comunist properties
you know the movie "goodbye lenin",that a great description on how things were after the regim felt down.
