    hey, you know my opinion on the social security debate. vetoing that bill was the dumbest thing they could have done. the fucking congress just wants thier hands in it at all steps. if they let a company manage the fund independently for investemnt practice only, not distribution, it would at last longer. right now. we have about 17 years or so/

        I read something by Chomsky on this which was pretty valid, I'll try to write down an except of that later since it's in a book...

            i instantly find it hard to contemplate chomsky's authority on growth funds and inflationary reactions as opposed to the taxation levels of americans. sorry, but, at the tender age of 27, i already have studied and practiced more on the subject that he has......

                    cuz i have read his works in the past and everytime he talks about the american economic systems, he is way off, and only focues on certain factors ala mike moore. if you are going to claim to be the authoritative figure be able to place all the factors. this is the shit that has lead us to where we are today. a two party system that says each party is wrong and is stuck in nuetral

                                Chomsky has to be read critically, but then again he points out stuff that people sometimes rather choose to ignore. Other than that, I think the political right in the US has done a great job in discrediting this guy...simply for being critical at his own country.
