    Feel good tunes

So every day I drive to work, I'm stuck in traffic for 1,5 to 2hrs. Pretty shitty. Especially with fall setting in. Pretty shitty. Completely since I'm quitting smoking. Utterly shitty.

However, what never fails to put an ear to ear smile on my face is a feel good tune. At the moment that's Scissor Sisters - I don't feel like dancing (sick clip btw: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZMs8EHDh-Y).

    What's your audiosonic prozac?

Hey Jan, the easiest way to quick somking is to throw away your cigs and stop smoking. There is no other way.

Try Zyban which helps but cold turkey is the only successful way. I haven't smoked for almost 2yrs now. Also, for the 1st 1-2 months, stay out of bars and clubs. Drink more at home so the drinking cig cravings stay away. Also, if you need support, I am only a PM away. Good Luck Jan!!!!

Music is essential for the expression of non material ideals and energies. Music colors our surroundings with emanations from the highest vibrational fields. It allows us to escape all limitations in our thinking and very existence.
