I can't, CAN'T glorify enough how great this program is. It has saved me countless times between partition table corruptions, troubles reading hard drives, and now as I work on it tonight, profile corruption/"deletion" by Windows.

I actually tried a different program for work a few weeks back that worked even better than GetDataBack. While I have an old version of GDB, it was unable to extract data from bad sectors. Not sure if the newer versions do that.
I used VirtualLab and paid quite a bit (office stuff) for recovering files of a dead HD and it worked miracles. Extracted everything way quicker than GDB did. I had run GDB on the same drive and it was working for 7 hours, only to end up telling me it was unable to extract anything. VirtualLab finished checking and extracting in under 2 hours and it just blew me away

I won't be back until next Tuesday, so if Get Carter is the correct answer, I would appreciate of someone else posts a new cap for me
