its a studio mix in 5.1 surround. not much on the visual side unfortunately. i believe there is a short live mix on the dvd too.

What's GU Transmissions like? Is it like the Delta Heavy DVD (more documentary/interview style) or is it a compilation of a few djs spinning live?

there is about 30 mins of live video footage which is good, as well as some short music videos to accompany some of the tracks from the main 100 minute mix, which is ace.

I have the Prodigy Singles DVD, its great, and its got a live show from Brixton Academy filmed in 1997 when they were the biggest thing in the world

Delta Heavy is a good documentary, probably better if you were actually part of it though.

Foo Fighters - Everywhere but home. I love this band - great stuff. Hope they release a DVD of the Hyde Park gigs this summer, 85,000 people going nuts must look pretty good

the first one is definitely more of a documentary, profiling James Todd and Andy Horsfield. Their travels all over the world with their dj's. You get to travel to Ibiza with Sasha. Argentina with Dave Seaman, England with Darren Emerson and you go into his studio. You hand out with Anthony Pappa in the UK and Budapest. A bit of Nick Warren in there and a tiny tiny bit of Digweek in there, but you really have to look for him.

Hope this helps. You can buy the dvd online for around $15 now. Just do a search for it...but watch out...some of them say they are the first one when really they are for the second one. The first one has a pic of a cute girl with lots of cleavage dancing.

There are a couple of DVDs by the Richie Hawtin crew which are quite good.

                              Dont panic, its organic.
