They highlight the documnet in that video clip! (its a few minutes in after you see Rices picture)

and as for the document, hell did you hear the way rice denied the intelligence doc titled "al queda determined to attack inside the US"? The audacity of her to say "We had no actionable information of an imminent threat by al queda".
It was almost as good as clinton's definition of relations
