swimming is hard. i am an endurance athlete by nature and i find swimming hard. i used to run track and XC at a competitve D1 college and would use swimming as means to stay fit when injured. it was tough. i wasnt a terrible swimmer, i was a lifegaurd and all, but i found it tough. i will take running/biking first but swimming is cool
i still swin all the time in the summer. i live at a beach so i dont have to go out to excercise. i swam the sidestroke and freestyle in highschool as well. best excercise you can give your body. all your muscles are used, there is near zero impact on the joints, and stamina all at once.
