no...thats not the type of films I like but this is shit...
Okay maybe if you like it so much you could tell me the theme of the film as you understood it to be?

        Re: Babel

A bit too far fetched for my liking...

Deaf girl whose mother killed herself and the father's gun happens to end up shooting a woman whose child died as an infant. Meanwhile (at the exact same time) her other two children are as good as kidnapped. If the three stories were kept seperate then fair enough but are people seriously meant to accept all these many coincidences.

'Amores Perros' still stands as his best film out of the three.

          Re: Babel

exactly my point he tried to make yet ANOTHER one of those kind of films where stories intertwine like so many e.g. pulp fiction, amores peros, crash...the other one thats called like 10 o'clock or something...nevermind. Anyway this film is crap and those Moroccans act better than Brad Pitt in it!

                Re: Babel

His three films are at least 2 hours plus and other than 'Amores Perros' are ridiculously coincidental if you look at the enevitability of it all.

                  Re: Babel

yeah but amores peros had entertaining stories fair enough its coincidental but so are most films...but this one (BABEL) was so boring and pointless...I understand what he meant to achieve the "artistic vision" if you will but it's still a shit film

Are you taking the piss, or am I wrong in thinkin' you're saying Amores Perros is shite and Babel is a better film?

I figure you need to read that I didn't like 'Babel' too much except for the shorts if taken seperately.
