    The Bridge

This documentary looks very intriguiging, probably one that will stay with you for a while after watching it and make you think about life.

More people choose to end their lives at the Golden Gate Bridge than anywhere else in the world. THE BRIDGE offers glimpses into the darkest, and possibly most impenetrable corners of the human mind. The fates of the 24 people who died at the Golden Gate Bridge in 2004 are linked together by a 4 second fall.

Yea, I saw the trailer for this. I hope it won't turn out too depressing.

never commented on this when i watched it about 2 months ago. good movie, depressing but good insight into real life, it was very good and made you think about what people have to be going through to drop themselves willingly off of a bridge.

Maybe they choose this spot because they want to make sure that the last thing they see is beautiful.

              Re: The Bridge

i think it is more that it is the most famous bridge in the US and that is is super simple to kill yourself there w/o much hassle. ive walked across the bridge and you just have to hop over the railing and launch off and fall for a couple of seconds to the water and thats it. probably i think moreso because its easy than pretty....

I can see your point for california residents. It is super easy and convenient. But, for those who travel from out of state to die there I am sure there is an easier and far more convenient place in their hometown.
