    I got a new Camera!

    Sony's T30 7.2 megapixel ultracompact

    Looks like Sony (Ericsson) decided to forgo the CTIA announcements this week and go straight for the digital cameras: their new 7.2 megapixel T30 ultracompact has a 3-inch display (though not touchscreen, like their N1, which also has a 3-inch screen), added ISO 800 / 1000 levels for lower light / higher noise shots (which, paired with their Steady Shot OIS is now called Super Steady Shot), 3x optical, 58MB internal memory, a 420 shot (CIPA-rated) battery, and an expected $500 price tag for May release. As usual, our bone to pick with Sony making extremely desirable devices that use Memory Stick applies, but if you're one of the 16% willing to look past all that, this looks like a very promising little camera.[Via DC Review]



    I had been thinking about getting a camera for a while and I'm going on a trip next week so I thought I might as well do it.

    This thing is BOMB and I'm only just getting started with it.

    Anyone got any cool tips to share or anything?

      nice bro. those are really "point and shot cameras" really nothing too advanced about them. I am sure it will take great shots.

                  yeah those cameras are pretty sweet, i have the sony dsc-p200. 7.2 meg. I love it the only problem with sonys is the delay in the actual shot, from when you press the button till when it actually captures. its a tad long but unless your taking pictures of moving objects alot it's no big deal. nice buy man

                      Thanks bro-it was a big step for me cuz I kind of want to upgrade to CDJ1000's instead of the piece of shit Stanton's I have now but I'm going out to San Fran and WA to play and thought it might be nice to have some pics to remember it all
