Heard it during a Steve Porter & Eli Wilkie set on the weekend. I don't have much to go by besides that it was a spoken word on the vocals and I remember "Dancing in Outer Space".

Unfortunately I don't think that is the correct song. I believe it was a female on the vocals and they weren't the same.

I feel that I will never figure it out.

bummer as i dont have the set from what you are referencing, but i do for sure know that a guy sings those exact words as in your topic and that is a pretty well known tune. sorry..
